Fluorocarbon line resists abrasion and pike teeth better than monofilament line. Fluorocarbon is used to make leaders on the end of a braided line, and it can be used to build a Dropshot leader. A Quick Snap can be attached to its end and a bait can be attached to it. When used at the end of braided line, fluorocarbon slows the sinking of baits. Fluorocarbon is also suitable as a leader on fly fishing. Fluorocarbon line is almost invisible in the water and can be used to catch sensitive fish in clear water. The material is dense, almost non-stretchable and sinks faster than traditional monofilament line. Fluorocarbon fishing line is often used in ice fishing and angling. Line recommendation: Perch/Rainbow 0.20-0.30mm, Zander/Trout 0.30-0.40mm, Pike 0.50mm
