Even though these Spintube Spin Flies look awesome, their not meant to be used as decorations. These flies are very effective when your trying to catch rainbow trout, trout, perch, pike etc.. Usually these are cast with common spinning rods but some of them can be also used for ice fishing. You can change fishing techniques according to water temperatures. During cold water, reel slow and keep long pauses now and then. As the water temperature rise, reel faster and with some models very fast when the fly glides along the surface of the water.
