When the completed form reaches us, we will try to process Your complaint within 5 business days, after which we will contact You. If You are asked to send the defective product back to us, You will receive information about it and return instructions in the same message.
At Eumer Finland Oy complaints are processed only in writing. This way we can reduce misunderstandings and improve your legal protection. Your complaint will be processed by the complaints department. Our store staff does not handle complaints.
